Hello! Welcome to HOPE

Updated: Nov 17

HOPE is a supportive community for those struggling with mental health, and for friends and family to learn more about how to support them. With the guidance of our advisory board, our mental health ambassadors do our best to deliver high quality self-help resources (in the form of blogs, instagram posts, workshops, and in the future, we hope to expand this further to courses!).

We have also recently launched the HOPE Youth Club Program, where we will be organising subsidised or free supportive group activities for everyone. These activities will range from sports and dance classes to creative writing or arts and crafts! If it's something you want to do, just let us know and we'll make it happen.

We are also aware of the importance of mental health awareness and education and therefore will be running workshops and webinars throughout the year so that anyone can have the opportunity to learn about mental health. For young people under the age of 13, feel free to try out our upcoming #MentalHealth4Kids program!

Curious to learn more about HOPE and join the team? We are a #disabilityfriendly community and we welcome anyone to volunteer with us. Feel free to drop us a message at our IG: @helpingourplanetearth and we'll get back to you within 24-48 hrs.
