Hello! Welcome to HOPE
HOPE is a supportive community for those struggling with mental health, and for friends and family to learn more about how to support them. With the guidance of our advisory board, our mental health ambassadors do our best to deliver high quality self-help resources (in the form of blogs, instagram posts, and in the future, podcasts!).
We have also recently launched the HOPE Youth Club Program, where we will be organising subsidised or free supportive group activities for everyone (note: if there are a limited number of spaces, priority will be given to those struggling with mental health). These activities will range from sports and dance classes to creative writing or arts and crafts! If it's something you want to do, just let us know and we'll make it happen.
We are also aware of the importance of mental health awareness and education and therefore will be running workshops and webinars throughout the year so that anyone can have the opportunity to learn about mental health. For young people under the age of 13, feel free to try out our upcoming #MentalHealth4Kids program!
