Alanna Sethi, Mental Health Consultant
Alanna is a youth mental health consultant and researcher currently pursuing a BSc in Psychology (Hons) at the University of Toronto. Trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy and Mindfulness-based practices, she emphasizes connection, introspection and emotional processing.
As a passionate mental health visionary and certified yoga instructor with expertise in holistic wellness, her contributions to community education and peer support programs have earned her the 2024 Global Citizen Youth Leaders Award and 2023 PlatinumYouth Wellness Mentor of the Year among others. Other achievements include being a 2024 Laidlaw Scholar and 2024 Scholar-in-Residence.
Artistic Communications Coordinator (HK & CA)
Nicole Chan
Nicole is a BA Psycholinguistic student at the University of Toronto. She is an award-winning artist and illustrator with expertise in designs for both digital and physical mediums including watercolours, contemporary and traditional arts.
With her passion for accessible creative design, she has received the Creatron Media Art and Scholars-in-Residence Award.

Audrey Tsang
Audrey is an MSc Applied Psychology (Clinical) student at the University of Exeter. Having been trained in Suicide First Aid, Sexual Violence and Domestic Abuse, AODA and Emotion Regulation, she is passionate about making a difference in youth wellbeing. She particularly values communication, connection, teamwork and empathy and works on wellbeing projects at HOPE

Ken Gordon
Ken Gordon is a dual degree student studying Business and Information Technology at the The Queensland University of Technology (QUT).
He is experienced in youth representation in media and works on content creation and media partnerships for HOPE.
For fun, he enjoys producing music and playing the guitar.

Sama Ibrahim Shoukry
Sama Ibrahim Shoukry is a BSc Psychology student at the University of Exeter who brings a unique understanding of interpersonal dynamics, leadership, and decision-making. She works at HOPE to promote organizational success, employee well-being and youth empowerment. She has also completed additional trainings in mental health and accessibility such as the AODA.
