Founder
Alanna Sethi, Certified Yoga Instructor
Alanna is a currently pursuing a BSc in Psychology (Hons) and Certificate in Global Sustainability at the University of Toronto. Trained in Mental Health First Aid, Acceptance and Committment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Suicide First Aid and Yoga Instruction, she emphasizes connection, introspection and emotional processing.
As a passionate mental health visionary with expertise in holistic wellness, her contributions to community education and peer support programs have earned her the Women of Wellness: Changemakers Award from Liv Magazine in 2022 and nomination for Youth Wellness Mentor of the Year 2023.

Nicholas Ti
Corliss is a final year medical student at the University of Hong Kong. She holds a first class honours BSc (Hons) in Medical Education from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry.
As a Hui Ping Cheung Memorial Enrichment Scholar, she specialises in educational advocacy, creativity, and healthcare. Her strongest suits are her entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to social justice, which allow her to complement Alanna’s vision in driving change within and outside of HOPE.
