General Mental Health Education
We have a wide range of resources available on our HOPE social media and blog pages for easy-to-read access for our youth community.
We also offer Self-Help Workshops, such as our Mental Health Awareness, Mental Health Toolbox and Accessibility and EDI (Equity Diversity & Inclusion) series.
Empowering Youth Leaders
We provide students with flexible and accessibility-friendly volunteering experiences and career coaching through our Internship Program and 1-2-1 Coaching Program.
We offer opportunities for students to build on existing skills, learn new ones and explore your passion through volunteering for an important cause. We are a caring and accessibility-friendly community that consistently strive towards equity, diversity and inclusion.
Holistic Mindfulness Immersions
Using a holistic approach to wellness through mindfulness can provide significant benefits for your health and wellbeing.
Our brain neural networks are wired to live life according to habits, which can be helpful for problem-solving but also can lead to feeling stuck in regular patterns and habits.
Scientific research conducted by Professor Norman Farb from the University of Toronto's Psychology Department shows that by practicing mindfulness, our brains receive new information which disrupts these patterns to allow us to get "unstuck". This leads to significant benefits in improving mood, reduced rumination and stress.

Peer-Support Communities
We have hosted a variety of activities for our youth community including talk-based peer-support groups, social activities like boardgames, and stress reducing sensory activites like aerial hammock, zentangle drawing and more!
At our events, you are welcome to chat about any topic and receive peer support from your friendly community.
